FT Maintenance Technician.
Qualified Candidates will have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and own tools. This position will include an after hours emergency maintenance rotation. Qualified candidates will have experience in repairs, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, HVAC and multi-housing experience. A boiler license is preferred and fair housing training is desirable.
