FT Maintenance Technician
Qualified Candidates will have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and own tools. This position will include an after hours emergency maintenance rotation. Qualified candidates will have experience in repairs, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, HVAC and multi-housing experience. A boiler license is preferred and fair housing training is desirable. Compensation is based on work experience. Fill out the form below or send resume to maintenance@hornigcompanies.com. 

Property Manager
Hornig Companies seeks a full-time onsite property manager for a 64-unit Section 42 Tax Credit property in Plymouth.

 

Job duties include leasing, annual income certifications, supervising cleaning and maintenance staff, resident relations, vendor management and processing accounts recievable.

 

Compensation consists of monthly salary, paid vacation and holidays.

This position is eligible for health care, dental and 401(k) match.

 

The ideal candidate will have property management experience, ideally with Section 42 properties, experience with Yardi property management software and be comfortable with sales/ leasing. Other qualifications include strong oral and written communciation skills, computer skills, experience managing staff, willingness to learn, ability to work with all kinds of people and a good sense of humor.
